ROLE Evaluation Process: To ensure the assignment of roles in STAFF and their dedication to the progress of VALKYRIE we are asking our Staff to reapply for their current position. There are a few players that have expressed interest in roles such as Herald and Staff that are reluctant due to the current staff teams role as moderators. The Positions will always be equitable and competitive regardless of how it may appear. As Golden Founder my role is to ensure that the staff is treating players with dignity and respect and delivering on the promise of providing a safe and fun environment. The Role evaluation which focuses on performance on the ROLE and Character outside of their roles will act as a way the community can voice their honest opinions and effect change on the staff team.There are members of staff that absolutely play a critical role daily and perform duties above and beyond their call. As with any staff team we want to ensure there are no members that seek to use the role for the advancement of their own agendas not aligned with VALKYRIE. Job evaluation is a process in which staff will reapply for their current position and express their knowledge, impact, problem solving, communication, and other factors in their given role. These assessments are quantified and provide an objective basis for Staff evaluation, or determining the value of the role and how we can better meet the needs of our community.
